Do you know who ...was?- ¿sabéis quién fue...?

What major event happened in...?- ¿qué gran evento ocurrió en...?

Why is the date... important?- ¿por qué es importante el año...?



Explaining material.

Do you all understand?- ¿lo entendéis?

Does anyone need me to to explain that again?- ¿alguien necesita que explique eso de nuevo?
